I took New Year’s Day off. I felt like I earned it. Today’s workout was good. I threw in some isolated exercises to offset some of the compound exercises that I’ve been doing.

Today’s workout wasn’t super long. I could feel myself tiring out pretty quickly.
Day 3 – Today went very well. I did a few less reps per set but was able to maintain my form better than yesterday. I will probably stick with the same weights for the first week or two just so that my body can get back into the swing of things and then I will gradually start increasing the weight. I bought an olympic bar, an olympic hex bar, and a bunch of weights. I’m also changing up my routine slightly to better incorporate compound exercises for my endomorph body type. I was also able to keep the audio and the music on this one.
